Can you please tell me what Om Shanti means? I have seen this written many times. I usually make a habit of learning the meanings of words in other languages. That helps me navigate better. As far as Hanuman Jayanthi, that is exciting! I will have to do something special on this day. I usually try to spread awareness on days like this. Especially in my bookstore. I might keep a copy of Hanuman: Messenger of God near me to share with people on this day. In other news, today I read in our paper that our local Tampa temple, called the Hindu Temple of Florida is getting a handsome new gopuram. This is exciting since it is drawing the entiure community together, Hindu and non-Hindu alike, and the craftsmen are hard at work, skillfully building it on the grounds. Well, I must go now.
