Does anyone have any suggestions of a couple of books to read or web sites to look over? Breathing exercises? Introductory mantras? Meditations? I live in Missoula, Montana and have not met any practitioners although (as weird as this might sound) Ganesha seems to be leading me in certain directions. Namaskar, Wilson M.
