Guest guest
Well I wouldn´t say I am aswell pushed to observe more the wrathfull side of things, but this last week there was work for me concerning what we normally call "negative energy" and how to work with negative situations...it was a good learning process and it was good to observe my own reactions to negative situations...also, there was lessons so that to revise the concept of compassion wich is not always compassion in a gentle manner, but can be quite wrathful aswell... The first conclusion was how impulsive reactions break the whole situation down in a way that you cannot benefit so much from a negative situation or energy (anger for instance, a discussion with your friends). Impulsive reactions are due to a lack of awareness in that situation, a falling once more into the ego system and its defensive/ attacking mode. When one is in this negative situation, we normally end up with a loss of energy, feeling tension in our body and specially our back and shoulders...I am still learning but I am sure there must be a way to avoid this effect and to simply benefit from a negative situation or negative energy transforming at least our perception of that situation. I think one of the tricks is not to consider the negativity of that negative situation, because then we are charging the moment with an extra dosis of conceptualised darkness that its unnecessary and we are stopping the spontaneity of the event... Trying to remind aware and to observe the negative situation can bring incredible inspiration and energy if one is not dragged into the situation in a blind way. There was also some learning on how to deal with that "negative" situations and amazingly enough a chapter of Chogyam Trungpa appeared in front of my eyes with this subject giving some hints on this issue.
