OCR stands for Optical Character Recognition. It is basically a software which

inteprets a scanned documents (hindi) and transforms them to documents.

 

Simply it goes from an image to document, which you can change as well. There

are softwares like this for English, and i have heard that there exists some

for the Hindi language (fonts).
