Thank you so much for your welcome, and for your prayers. Good news

today from the lady preparing our loan documents: even though my

credit history is horrible, and my daughter-in-law's is better, but

not great....we are being presented to a local realtor who

specializes in such cases. We are in what is known here in AZ as

a "Rent-To-Own" program, similar to a lease purchase option, but not

as stringent! We will know in the next week or so if we get a house.

The seller has to agree to carry back 20% of the purchase price. So..

again: thank you for your prayers.

 

This is not the first time Ganesh has found us a home!!
