May they all return to you thousand-fold..... Yes, I have high blood pressure and lately been very devoid of prana and energy. Been under tremendous stress recently due to many matters. My body is being pulled in many directions and I can barely get out of bed. Using my laptop Pc to come here (it stays with me in bed :-) If I'm not around for a few days, it means I'm sleeping and suffering relapse. Please bear with me at the moment. Althought I am sure you are doing your best to get out of that, try to make some breathings, special breathing exercises, I don´t know if you are hindu or not, but there are for sure hindu breathing techniques to help you feel your inhalations with light...if not, breath in love and breath out love and keep on doing it...well I´m sure you know all the possible ways for doing so... I am travelling tomorow to brussels for a retreat and I will be disconnected for six days..I will be back the 31st december.
