Guest guest
Sorry I've been away for a few days. Now I'm back for a few days. Must congratulate you again for going without ciggies for so many days now! Keep it up! The dizziness and out of balance feelings must be part of the withdrawal symptoms. But hope you will persevere and all these will disappear with time. It is tough to give up ciggies but with your new Lord Ganesha to guide and help you, I'm sure you will succeed. Also heard that ciggies deplete iron in the body. Maybe you could eat some food containing iron or take iron supplements to help keep the balance? Just a humble suggestion. Keep well. Jai Shri Ganeshaya!
