Guest guest Posted January 18, 2003 Report Share Posted January 18, 2003 Okey I will explain what the lady told us yesterday, she claimed to have the information from vedic sources...so correct me if what I say makes no sens... She said that all beings have a bija mantra, a serie of sound-seeds that define our essence in terms of energy...how our personal energy resonates. This is a specific sound or set of sounds that are personal depending on our own level of evolution. She channeled the bija mantra, connecting with our aura and listening to this inner sound. She said that normaly we tend to have 3 sounds: the OM wich is universal, everybody resonates with the sacred syllabe and then there are 2 or more seeds that correspond to petals of the chakras that we have more activated or more developped.(there can be bija mantras with 5 syllabes but that is more rare). For exemple, she said that my bija mantra was Om MA SHA, Ma being a petal of the root chakra and Sha a petal of the sexual chakra. She said I was full creativity, full mouvement...that I was like a mother, a giver...that I had the power to create in whatever field and bla bla bla (I didn´t like having those seeds in the lower chakras, dont ask me wy, my ego prefered upper chakras...) the third sound, in this case the SHA represent the tools you come with in this lifetime. So in my case the tool has something to do with creativity...the second sound has to do with what you are in this case, the Ma is very earthed...root chakra...(grrr) chanting yourself the bija mantra helps armonize all your chakras and according to this woman, the bija mantra is a powerful tool of transformation... Maybe yes, maybe no...I got really surprised at the reaction of my ego I thought I had already mastered this chiky monkey...but seems I still need to work on that...
