Guest guest Posted January 25, 2003 Report Share Posted January 25, 2003 Hi Sy, Yes I like very much the overtones...its very relaxing and healing.. by the way. I have also quit from coffee..I use to have 3 cups of nescafe per day but sounds to me as not good anymore...I hope there wont be withdrawal symptoms either.. I decided to do so, cause this morning when having a cup of cofee I started feeling my nervous system becoming hyper stressed by the cofee and I really don´t think I should be harming my body anymore..
