In time, this will go away and you will become the "mistress of yourself" again. I am accepting the situation because probably it is a temporary situation due to the umbalance that I have created because I stopped smoking...<<<<<< You are very right about this being a temporary situation. The imbalance will fade away eventually. Giving up cigs the cold turkey way sometimes produces certain physical or mental reactions but these will vanish if you persevere. I feel unbalanced indeed, and out of synchronicity. <<<<< Try to take this 'concept' (unbalanced) out of your thoughts and remember that cigs are a 'trap' as you said previously. Just humble suggestion: Use the "mind over matter" technique. You can do it, you have inner strength! Smoking was part of me, an important part, like a stick for an old person who walks with it...now I don´t have the stick...and I feel unbalanced, with no love, no spiritual strength no nothing...<<<<< The meditation on "No-Thing" or "Nothingness" often produces something beneficial for us in the end. just the security that LIGHTENING another cigarette IS NOT THE SOLUTION...<< You're right, its not a solution. Rather, you must try to stick with your original 'Resolution' if you can. I know its extremely difficult but still encouraging you.In other words: patience and acceptance of this situation...I can´`t even read a book...grrrr!!!!!! XSDFCQHQsbxcjduscpodccoxmsnzdnzhj!<<<<< Patience and acceptance = Surrender. Surrender to your body's physical/mental states for the moment. These can only last for a time and then erode away. Even the proverbial river runs dry with time.I can´t even send love to people cause I feel there is no love flowing tru me...grrrsjcndxicxhcs9ocxcscnxj!!!! shit..<<<<<<< Of course there is still love flowing through you Barbji. Its there, inside, in the subconscious, in the heart, in the soul. If there is no love, for example, you would have forgotten all about us, this little Ganesh Family here and would not have dropped in to share your experiences. Know that we are concerned and care about you. If you truly find it difficult to give up cigs and coffee both at the same time, then it is not wise to give up in the cold turkey way. Do it in gradual stages and reduce the intake. Then perhaps the withdrawal symptoms and imbalances will be much milder and probably not even so noticeable. And if it is all still just too HARD, have the occasional cig and perhaps one cup of coffee as a 'treat', not a luxury or habit. Guest guest
Hi Syji...thanks so much for your post really...I am feeling much better but still under the turmoil of this tobacco thing...apparently tobacco intake affects your wind system (nadis, central channel) so probably the interruption of this drug will also affect the whole system until it reaches its normal stage previous to non-smoking... Anyhow...I am much better, its been now one month non-smoking...the only thing I feel sorry for is that I´ve been one month totally unmindful and unaware, the mind like a crazy monkey jumping from one thought process to another... Tons of loveeeee Barbara
