Guest guest
I surfed around and found pics of the Targua Nut and also some information! They're from Latin America. Really interesting. Saw some pics too, of Catholic rosaries made of different colors of Tagau Nut. They sure have the most beautiful rosaries. About sandalwood, I heard both rudraksha and sandalwood are as good for worshipping Ganesha. Btw, there is the usual sandalwood, then there is "Red Sandalwood" which is actually "Rosewood".Eeeek! when it comes to ivory. Ganesha will not approve. Haven't seen tagua nuts before nor heard about them till now, thanks for telling us. Any more info on tagua nuts? What is the origin? Are the malas expensive? Any info or pics will be much appreciated. What a great idea! Would love to see pendants of Maa Parvati holding baby Ganesh too. Wonder if anyone out there makes them.....
