and age of the participantandreach Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, 305 7th Avenue, 17th

Floor, New York,NY 10001 on or before August 5, 2004.Recitation

Competition……………………………The children are divided into 2 categories – Junior ( 7

to 11years ofage) and Senior( 12 to 18 years of age ). They should recite the

verses in front ofthe audience during the event.The Junior group should recite

by heart the first ten verses ofChapter 12 of the Gita.The Senior Group should

recite by heart all 20 verses

of Chapter 12 ofthe Gita.The children desirous of participating in the

competition shouldcontact the Bhavan at (212) 989-8383 for registration by

August 10,2004.The winners in both competitions will be given cash prizes
