Guest guest
Hi i'm a new member in your group. I have been an atheist almost all my life but now i've decided to change my habit. Since I don't have much knowledge about the importance, significane and powers of Lord Ganesha so my question for you is -- How do you pray to Lord Ganesha? In other words what is the specific "mantra" that's used in worshipping Lord Ganesha? Amit

Guest guest
Namaste Amit and all, No matter what mantra or ritual one may practice, bear in mind that one would be wise to cultivate shraddha (unwavering conviction), shuddha bhav (purity of heart/motive) and prapatti (surrender) while doing one's sadhana. Therefore Amit, IMHO, chose any of the Ganesh mantras you find a connection with, but while practicing/worshipping in whatever form, cultivate the inner depth so that blessings may come to fruit. I believe that these qualities are of more importance for the novice sadhaka than is the manner of worship or the mantra used. These qualities are the waters that give life to the tree of sadhana. I wish you well in the changing of your habit. May Lord Ganesh graciously remove your obstacles to inner illumination. Om Shanti Neil > > student01020304@m...
