Namaste Vandanaji,

One site established to give donations to the people worst hit is -

http://www.giveindia.org/give/common/mumbaifloods.jsp. Obviously prayers

for those suffering due to these rains (almost a metre's worth in 12

hours) would not go a miss. I have been surprised at how little coverage

the western media has gave this matter, over a thousand people dead and

many left homeless (25,000 homes destroyed). Also with Mumbai being the

financial heart of India and the industrial loses are over $1 Billion.

My heart goes to those who have lost loved ones and are suffering from

these events.

Om Shanti
