experience in business administration or management is preferred Knowledge of

Hinduism and current Hindu issues Excellent leadership, interpersonal,

communication, and organizational skills Superior English writing and speaking

skills Must have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals

at various levels Must be Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office,

particularly in creating PowerPoint presentations Must be flexible with

scheduling and willing to travel Duties/Expectations: Responsible for daily

operations, programs, and administration Work closely with the Board ofs and Executive Council to develop a range of strategic relationships

Foster communication and links with the media, academia, NGOs, and within

offices and agencies of the federal and state government Fundraise from

multiple sources including membership, large donors, corporate sponsors,

government grants, and private foundations Initiate contact with potential

donors as well as maintain relationships with current donors Create press

releases Attend various conferences as HAF representative and spokesperson.
