RESOLUTION

 

TO ESTABLISH THE 'WORLD CAPITAL OF PEACE' AT THE BRAHMASTHAN OF

INDIA, MADHYA PRADESH

 

12 January 2006

 

Maharishi's Year of Reconstruction of the Whole World to be Heaven on

Earth: First Year of Sat Yuga

 

Whereas, India has always been, and is today, the seat of the Veda,

the Constitution of the Universe—the field of Total Natural Law; and

 

Whereas, the Constitution of the Universe—Total

Natural Law—silently administers the infinite diversity of the ever-

expanding universe with perfect order; and

 

Whereas, the Vedic Science and Technology of His Holiness Maharishi

Mahesh Yogi awakens Total Natural Law, the Constitution of the

Universe, within the self-referral Transcendental Consciousness—the

Atma—of everyone; and

 

Whereas, more than 600 scientific studies conducted at over 250

independent universities and research institutes in 33 countries

during the past 36 years have conclusively shown that the application

of Maharishi's Vedic Science and Technology, by enlivening Total

Natural Law in the individual awareness, brings individual and

national life into accord with Natural Law; and

 

Whereas, maintaining national life in accord with Natural Law—

spontaneously free from mistakes and problems—will bring the support

of Total Natural Law, the Constitution of the Universe, to the man-

made constitutions of every nation, and thereby raise national

administration to be on a par with the flawless Administration of the

Universe.

 

Whereas, all those assembled here on this auspicious occasion of the

start of the new year of 2006, including:

 

• the enlightened global Ministers of the Global Country of World

Peace—the representatives of His Majesty Maharaja Nader Raam—who are

the embodiments of Total Knowledge, and the illustrious Rajas who,

through their Raja Consciousness, uphold Unity amidst diversity and

thereby bring fulfilment to the millions of people in their domains;

and

 

• world-renowned modern scientists, including Dr John Hagelin, the

world's foremost quantum physicist, and Dr Volker Schanbacher, world

expert in the field of invincibility and world peace; and

 

• great exponents of the eternal Vedic science—the revered Vedic

Pandits of India;

 

Do hereby resolve to inaugurate the World Capital of Peace in the

Brahmasthan of Ved Bhumi Bharat—the Centre of India—as desired by His

Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and in accord with Royal Decree Number

Twenty-One of His Majesty Maharaja Nader Raam; and

 

Further resolve that experts from throughout the world will be

educated at this World Capital of Peace in the total knowledge of

Natural Law from the combined standpoints of modern science and the

eternal Vedic Science. They will gain complete knowledge of the

Constitution of the Universe—the eternal, non-changing Veda—which

upholds Unity in diversity and guides all life in the direction of

evolution, affluence, fulfilment, freedom, and invincibility; and

 

Further resolve that the World Capital of Peace be built in accord

with the authentic, eternal principles of Vedic architecture in

harmony with Natural Law—Maharishi Sthapatya Veda—as designed by His

Excellency Dr Eike Hartmann, Minister of Architecture and City

Planning of the Global Country of World Peace, in order to ensure

that all of the laudable activities of the World Capital of Peace are

fully supported by Total Natural Law for maximum success and the

achievement of its supreme goals; and

 

Further resolve that the experts trained at the World Capital of

Peace will travel to every country to establish National Capitals of

Peace, to train national experts in the Constitution of the Universe,

who will bring Administration through Natural Law to every nation,

and the support of the Constitution of the Universe to the man-made

constitutions of every country.

 

Through these National Capitals of Peace, with their close connection

to the World Capital of Peace, every nation will rise to integrated

national consciousness, the basis of true sovereignty in

invincibility. Together, all nations will then collectively create an

integrated world consciousness and an integrated world government—on

a par with the integrated Government of the Universe, which

administers the infinite diversity of the ever-expanding, galactic

universe with perfect order; and

 

Further resolve that all of us assembled here today will immediately

mobilize all resources and take all actions necessary to establish

this World Capital of Peace in the Brahmasthan of India, and commit

ourselves fully to achieving its supreme goals of Global

Administration through Natural Law and Permanent World Peace.
