Guest guest
Hi to all I'm a student of Kundalini - been practising for around 8 months - there are no classes here in Scotland, but I get a lot of help from a teacher in England whom I contacted via IKYTA. I'm working from Relax and Renew - one of Yogi Bhajan books. Anyone else around on here? I've been d for a few days now, and apart from my message of welcome, nothing has come through. Guest guest
Hello, I'm also new to this list. I live in Sweden and im curretly reading all the information that I can find about kundalini and diffirent Yoga traditions. It is very hard to find any classes here whom work with the kundalini, so I complete relay on books. Deamond I can sympathise with your difficulties - it is similar here in Scotland, but I am lucky that I have a guru whom I can phone if I am having problems, and also for advice from time to time. Everyone I have spoken to has advised against progressing too far without guidance - kundalini is a force that must be handled gently and not rushed at. I've just been looking at a web site today that might help you. Try http://www.3ho.org/YBlive - they have a new service of video broadcasts of lessons from Yogi Bhajan - it is not free, but I did not check out the cost. There is a free demo running there this week. Gordon
