Guest guest
Friends; If there is one truism I believe that we all can benefit from, it is that we accept ourselves entirely just as we are...even as we are striving to grow in honor, love and responsibility. In my own view, by whatever means in necessary, root out guilt and regret. If you must pinch yourself every time that you feel a guilty thought, or use a mantra, or simply whisk the impulse away--do what you must. There is no more freeing a feeling that surrendering to complete self-acceptance--without condition or exception. I happen to believe that yoga, that following the path of the Mother, (Kundalini), is an excellent means to accomplish this end. But once again, I reiterate--whatever it takes--just do it. My experience is that self-acceptance frees energy that can assist in further spiritual growth and by Grace, one day we may awaken and discover ourselves Awake. You feed me small bites, Beloved, teaching me to savor each morsel of delicious Emptiness, while saving the best for last!
