Guest guest
Sorry to be so slow to respond, Erich. >Erich Strausz <kdat >with my wife Sabina >My wife, Sabina - The development of her kundalini >has brought her to the problem, that she feels rising the energy through >the back-channel into her head, but during our breath-excercises >(Chakra-breathing, different Osho-exercises) there will increase the >PRESSURE in HER HEAD, because she feels that the energy has no exit. >Sometimes she tries to lead it down over her front-side, but it does not >flow by its own. What´s the "right" way the energy should flow? Erich, my preference would probably be to let the energy flow the way it wants to, to ask the energy itself what direction it wants to go, and then to try to relax myself in that direction so that it can flow that way. I know that sounds very vague. :\ The problem with learning from a book instead of with a teacher, face to face, is that the book can't really take individual differences into account. For example, Sabina might need to let the energy simply rise above her head, or she might need to let it be like a fountain, rising to the top of the head and then showering around her, letting it flow down down to earth herself. Or she might find that, if she spends some time strengthening the connections of root/earth and crown/higher source *before* she begins her exercises, the energy will flow more freely and will not build up that pressure. Another possibility is, if all else fails, when Sabina feels the pressure to be too uncomfortable, to simply spend a few moments breathing it out. She might also spend some time doing some visualization work to find out if there is a block there, and if so, what she needs to do to clear it. Kundalini seems to me to have its own intelligence (or perhaps it is the knowing of our higher selves or whatever). The energy itself is trying to remove blocks and to move us along in the evolutionary process, and in general it can be trusted to do the right thing if we allow it to instead of trying to force it along particular predetermined paths. It sounds like the exercises you are doing are very productive. However, I feel that at this point it might be very helpful for you both to work with a teacher familiar with the kundalini process to give you the individual guidance that would help you move more smoothly through this.
