Guest guest
:As for our discussion of 'perfectionism', I hear two paths. One says, :do not struggle for Spirit will do the work. The other says, Work at :eliminating those things that are less enlightened without beating :ourselves up for it. Is there another path? A middle ground? Focus on your destination Don't shame yourself, everything is for a reason and poor judgement will often be your greatest teachers. Accept that but don't focus on the negative aspect, cherish the wisom you have gained. While accepting that you have fears also affirm you that know everything really is as is should be and when you catch yourself worrying remind yourself of that sacred bliss from within and experience your own joy. As you grow into new behaviors and deeper awareness you notice shortcomings you didn't notice before. This isn't because you are doing worse it is because you are becoming more enlightened. Don't you think? I'm no guru and don't know much about Yoga but that is my personal philosophy. Namaste' Kari "Remember when life's path is steep to keep your mind even." Guest guest
It is a combination of the two procedures which will give the greatest progress toward perfection. The work part is done by identifying and not running from the imperfections which we find within on our journey. But the work is much easier by asking for Spirit to guide you through the imperfections and allowing the cleansing. ie. Spirit will do the work but we must work at directing traffic. The bigger the highway for Spirit, the less traffic jams we will encounter. blessings -
