Guest guest
Hi to all I'm forwarding this to the list regarding a new virus that is propagating around on the Internet - only seems to affect those folk using Word 97 and Microsoft Outlook. Once again it is a warning re the dangers of using attachments, and reinforces advice not to send attachments to this mailing list. Again I'd like to take the opportunity of reminding you all that there are a lot of hoaxes around out there too - any such messages that you may receive should not be sent to this list, but passed on to myself for checking - I received this virust alert yesterday, but waited for authentication before sending it to the list. I'd like to thank list member Jesa Macbeth, who has gone to the trouble of preparing the following bulletin: Sat Nam! Delete them without reading or opening them. >Here is the reason why: > >There is a new virus out on the web.
