Guest guest
Hi Gordon and Rattana, Thanks for your answers. I was thinking that this is probably what had happened. I have heard of other people being upset or scared but I somehow 'knew' it was a spiritual thing just not sure WHAT spiritual thing. It was exciting to me, but I am a high energy person so massive amounts of energy don't spin me...I tend to ride them and enjoy it. Whereas someone with a slower type of energy field might freak out (understandably). That said and done. I found a teacher off the web (the only one in my state that I know of) and she is about an hour from here and does classes on Tues. night. I went last night and it was really interesting. Nothing like I have ever seen before (certainly not any yoga I have seen) grin. She teachs the "Yogi Bhajan" style and is listed on his 3HO website. Lots of belly button working...in different poses. Very different. Oddly enough, I was probably the most emotionally healthy/strongest centered person in the class besides the teacher. (or least it appeared that way to me..) She is teaching these people for a psychotherapist that has these people under her (the therapthists) care. I could see immediately (before I knew they were all under this lady's care) that there was alot of woundedness in the room. Anyway, I enjoyed it. To open and expand more and to deepen my connection with nature/universal energies. And do increase my energy/wellness levels. Off to read the poems! We could all profit from experiencing our energy in this way. Whereas someone with a slower type of energy field > might freak out (understandably). That said and done. You can feel better right away and then it keeps growing. Depends on how much you practice, your level of consciousness when you start, your approach (yours by the way is very conducive to quick results), the issues that you have to process, your diet and the cleansing that will take place, your ability to relax and enjoy the experience, and other factors in the human condition. :+) > > >enjoy an expanded experience of life in our human body and prepare ourselves for these spontaneous gifts. > > Thats why I am doing it.
