Guest guest
Hi to all First of all, following our request for assistance, we now have been offered the services of a scanner and operator. This is great. However, we are still looking for an artist and illustrator. Please mail me if you think you can help. Also, we will be needing the assistance of some volunteers to carry out the important work of helping to establish links to our site from throughout the web. To do this you will need a program such as Web Ferret, to do the necessary searching, and a few hours to spare, at times suitable to yourself. Again mail me off-list. I can assist you to get started, and after that it is all very simple, if perhaps a bit repetitive. Now, for those of you new to Kundalini Yoga, I have found a couple of web sites that you should check out. Both will be linked to our site when I upload the revised pages, but in the meantime here are the URLs: Firstly, we have the Thursday Night Club of Cambridge Mass. They are building up quite an impressive site, and are including a lot of basic information. Currently they have details of meditation postures and mudras. http://www.cybercom.net/~kmcguire/yoga/index.htm Secondly, there is an excellent page covering a Spinal Energy Set at http://www.scs.unr.edu/~swain/simpset.html This will really give you something to get started with. Just make sure that you don't overdo it first time out. If any of the points on these pages are not clear to you, ask on here for clarification. We have plenty of rs who will be glad to assist. Have a good weekend. Sat Nam! Gordon
