Dear Robin,

 

Welcome. You might like to try coordinating your breath with your walking.

I like to do 2 inhales and then 2 exhales with my walk. Keeps my mind more

meditative. It is easier not to rehash my thoughts. Have fun.

I am basically new at yoga, having 8 weeks of yoga class under my belt, and

our instructor showed us some kundalini yoga last night. She showed us the

electrical, magnetic and life forces. I am an assistant auditor for the

county in which I reside and don't do a lot of exercise except walking.
