I like to do 2 inhales and then 2 exhales with my walk. Keeps my mind more meditative. It is easier not to rehash my thoughts. Have fun. She showed us the electrical, magnetic and life forces. I am an assistant auditor for the county in which I reside and don't do a lot of exercise except walking.
