Guest guest
Dear Ken, Thank you Ken for your comments and information about the virus impacts. The more aware we are, the more we can detect what is real and where we need to focus our concerned and caring energy. The more we come from our hearts, the more our actions will come out of caring and not out of anger and frustration. I appreicate your bring this point to our attention. For this is one reason why we practice yoga--so that our actions will create new possibilities, not more problems.
