Guest guest Posted May 1, 1999 Report Share Posted May 1, 1999 Hi to All This is off-topic, but seeing as we had so much comment about this a few days ago, it has been announced by the authorities in Taiwan that they have caught the author of the CIH virus - a computer student. Why did he do it? Says he got caught out himself with a virus in some software that he bought and he wanted to demonstrate just how inefficient the anti-virus software industry actually was.
