Every message carries as part of its trailer clear and simple instructions regarding the procedure to be followed, a procedure similar to that for virtually every other mailing list on the Internet. Every person who joins gets a copy of the FAQ which also has full details of how to , and furthermore is also available for querying on the website. If anyone wishing to is unable to understand the instructions at the end of this message, or if they are having problems with the list server - something which can happen from time to time, then they should send mail to kundaliniyoga-owner .
