I have discoevered that when I have amigraine, KYoga does help- I

finally felt some relief the oter day, when I had a migraine, and

decided some KY would be helpful. It was *just* discernible, but the

pain had lessened. This was great, I thought, I am on the right track

here.

However, I find that when I do just a few KY exercises, whatever I can

get myself to do, I end up sick the next day. This makes sense to me. My

root is purging blocks, and I am getting sick.

So now, I have just recovered from a three day flu, and I woke up with

vertigo.

Ugh! Well, the vertigo has left, and I can feel that my root is closing

up again. For me, this is bad news. It means migraine, which I can feel

coming on right now, as I type. My head gets hot. My neck gets hot. My

eyes have a hard time focusing, and I feel out of body. I wiggle my toes

to help, and it helps, but just for a second.

Allright, I tell myself, time for a few KY exercises. But I fear

becoming ill again. I can't afford this financially, or psychologically.

I have a choice- migraine, or possible other illness. I'll take my

chances, and do some KY.

While I was sick, I tried just lying there (all I could do) and recting

Sa Ta Na Ma, with visualizations. This resulted in a very tight feeling

in my head, as if the energy were turning inside out. Any ideas as to

what the heck that was? I'd love to hear all suggestions.
