Reiki is a method to invoke and channel pure healing energy using symbols, attention and intention. Kundalini yoga prepares the body to receive higher frequencies of energy through physical movement, breathing, chanting and meditation. The pain that you felt is probably partly related to the fact that your nervous system was not strong enough to hold this high level of energy. We have a lot of information about KY on our website http:www.gtmark.com/ky/index.htm. And we are preparing to teach classes over the internet in the fall. We will initially use audio and then go to video when the internet technology is a bit more advanced. I do not know of any teachers in Ahmedabad, but we will do our best to give you instructions over the net. Stay tuned and be one of the first to participate in this exciting endeavor. Thank your interest. I am sure Gordon will tell you how to sign up for our classes.
