INTRODUCTION & NEED YOUR HELP IN UNDERSTANDING THE COMMUNICATION

Sir ,

 

Recently I have joined the family of practitioners of Kundalini Yoga. Since I am

new to this list , & wish to understand from you, as to what is the meaning of

script like " “ ” " usually appearing in your Mails.

 

To introduce me , I am a 43 Years old , Post Graduate Mechanical Engineer by

profession & am practising Yogasans , Pranayam & Dhyan yog for last over

Twenty-two years. I have little knowledge about Kundalini Yoga , but I never

tried to awaken it , since somehow I had the impression that it might take

little effort to awaken it , but is very difficult to keep / maintain it in

awakened state. Probably my impressions will die out after I learn more & more

from the learned people on this site. I have a strong zeal to know more & more

about Yoga & its related practices leading towards the almighty.

 

I belong to Ludhiana town of Punjab State in India. I am working in Hero Cycles

Limited , the largest producers of bicycles in the World.
