Participate in this international spiritual community, live in tents pitched among the mountain pinion and juniper, and enjoy pure fresh air, clean water and a cleansing vegetarian diet. Three full days of White Tantric Yoga, a deeply cleansing meditation practice, is the core of this special camp. In addition, you can choose from a wide range of classes and workshops based on this year's Summer Solstice theme, "Tools for the Millennium." Led by some of the most proficient Kundalini Yoga teachers in the world, these courses will focus on Kundalini Yoga, meditation, teacher enhancement, healing, tantric numerology, 81 Facets of the Mind and more. You can also enjoy harmonious Gurbani kirtan - sacred music of the Sikhs - and participate in East Indian folk dancing. Bring the whole family, relax and renew in this unique spiritual environment. Laugh, meditate and grow in the company of friends old and new, and let the experience restore and refresh your soul. 3HO Celebration For thirty years, 3HO has emphasized self-transformation and inner discovery through the disciplines of Kundalini Yoga and conscious yogic living. Join in the celebration of 3HO's 30th birthday through fun, song and story. 3HO veterans are invited to be recorded on video as they share their memories, and to participate in a 3HO photo history contest! Children and Youth Programs Throughout the Solstice week, children can explore the land, play with their friends, or join their parents in yoga classes and service projects. During the three days of White Tantric Yoga, children 11 years and under may participate in a structured program which includes arts and crafts and outings. Each parent serves one day as staff for the children's program. The older youth, age 12-18, can integrate with adults during yoga classes, workshops and White Tantric Yoga. They also have special group outings, sport challenges and parties.
