Guest guest
Hi to All I've been asked to post this question by one of our rs who wishes to remain anonymous. It is a common problem, I think - had it myself when I started. What suggestions can you give? Sat Nam! Guest guest
the way i see it, the way to persevere over a long time in that position is like stopping time, by staying firmly rooted in the present, dismissing the past as a memory and the future as an expectation. when this truly happens time doesn't progress in a linear fashion as we are used to but according to the mind which is the reality. it's kinda like a zen thing, and you'll find many minutes have passed without discomfort. or u can buy yourself a fatter pillow.
