Hi, my name's Mary and I am new to the list. I live in Valdivia, Chile. I am

studying agriculture and I love insects and flowers (by the way I have a

list of flowers here if someone is interested, it's

wonderful-flowers :0) I also new to Kundalini Yoga and I am

amazed of how many good things has done for me, so that's why I joined this

list, to learn more and to share my experiences with others that are doing

the same as I do.

Welcome to Kundalini Yoga. I think you are our first r from Chile.

For how long have you been practising Kundalini Yoga? It sure is an amazing

technology, and it just keeps getting better and better the more you do it.

 

I take it that you attend classes where you live. Are there many people in

Chile doing KY at the moment?

 

You ask about the meaning of Sat Nam! It is an old Sikh blessing which

literally translates as "The truth is my identity". You will also find that

it is often used as a mantra while doing certain Kundalini Yoga kriyas and

meditations.
