Thank you for your post. We've had quite a bit of feedback from various folk

regarding the exercises. They are taken from "Relax & Renew", one of

Rattana's excellent books on KY, which she has kindly allowed us to

reproduce. There will be some major additions shortly to this section on the

website - you will notice a lot of greyed-out links on the intro page - well

they should soon go somewhere and mean something.

We'd like to hear from more of you regarding the Spinal Set. This is one of

the fundamental sets for Kundalini Yoga, and will introduce you to a lot of

the basics. Remember to pause between each exercise and listen to your

body - feel the effects and feel the energy - try to go deep while you are

doing this.

Also, feel what is happening during the exercises - if you have only just

started, don't overdo them - you can work up to the recommended period for

each one - if you are in any doubt about your fitness for some of the poses

and movements, consult a doctor or other qualified practitioner before

attempting them.

Tuning in before you start is very important, as is the relaxation and

grounding at the end. Also, you will get a lot of additional benefit from

doing some meditation after your period of relaxation. We will be supplying

more details on this shortly.

Sat Nam!
