Guest guest
Hi Ronni One of the main ways to achieve a planned awakening of the Kundalini is through the practice of various forms of yoga or of the martial arts. The debate we were having was whether this could be considered the same thing as a full-blown spontaneous Kundalini awakening which some people experience. My point was that a lot of the trauma mentioned in many of the case studies could be laid down to their unpreparedness, both mentally and physically, and also their confusion as to what exactly was happening to them. If you accept this hypothesis, then it is logical to conclude that folk who have trained for the event may well experience the bliss of K without having to go through all or many of the problems reported elsewhere. I feel that this subject is one that has never been fully debated - so much of what I have read has been based on conjecture rather than fact. Some people are born K-awake, and to them it is just part of their everyday existence - it is what they have always known. This can be coincidental, but it is known that where the parents are already K-awake, the chances of them passing this on to their offspring are quite high, although I have not seen any figures to give the probabilities for this.
