I am 35, mother of three, a journalist and financial planner, live in Italy. I am a Reiki practictioner and used to do Hatha Yoga years ago. A friend of mine told me about a Sahaja Yoga group here, so I'll join them tomorrow evening for the frst time. I already knew a few things on the issue from Internet readings, so I decided to get more info.
