It sounds like you just had an experience of that. It is disconcerting, however, that you received in reply some nasty mail. It doesn't seem to be congruent with the mindset of yoga. I'm glad you worked through this situation and please don't hesitate to express yourself in the future. Feelings are not wrong. More people should take a look at themselves. Kudos!
