I have been searching for an alternative exercise plan other than going

to a gym. I was watching the E Network which hosted a program called

Hollywood Spirituality. I was impressed with a yoga teacher who taught

kundalini yoga to the "Stars." Her name is Gurmukh Khalsa and she

teaches at Golden Branch in Los Angeles, CA. I found nothing so far in

my search for any writings by her, but am very interested in this type

of yoga. I have never practiced yoga, but would like to learn more

about it.

I also found Yoga thru fitness (running, weight training, aerobic instructor,

personal trainer) At first Yoga was an addition to my routine. But last

year I was diagnosed with a chronic illness (hepatitis C) and was unable to

continue my routine during treatment. Yoga kept me sane. Now my routine

consists only of Yoga and walking. I have never felt more calm and centered

in my life.

To me one of the beauties of yoga is that you will never learn it all. It is

always a learning process. One well worth pursuing!!
