I love his stuff, but my husband is a REAL fan -- we have the complete collection (I mean, EVERYTHING.) But, the answer is, no, my name is not from his song. Actually, I'm embarrassed to say this, but I'm not sure which song you're speaking of. I'm a huge fan of Egyptian mythology, which is where I took the name Isis from. (Unfortunately, it's not my "birth", name. That name is too boring for a cool "onelist" group on Kundalini!) Speaking of great names -- Asia is great! Is it your birth name? Anyway, thanks again for your encouraging words. I probably will be lurking most of the time until I get the hang of this. I'll be starting to check out some of the Yoga classes here in NYC, where I live, so once I start "really" getting into it I'll probably be back here with a million questions. Dylan is great, my teacher is like your husband. Loves to sing his songs. Isis is a great name, and Asia is my birth name. Best wishes with everything. I've just found that being caught up in the externals of life keeps you from living your real life, and meditation is a great tool.
