Guest guest
Hi All, Could anyone help me with info or books on the Kundalini. I am very interested in the ability to channel energy from within as well as from without. I have recently attained Reiki ll, and have been reading about awakening the Kundalini. There seems to be several methods such as Ch'i Kung, Tantric tecqniques, etc.. and I'm a little confused as to which to use or how to use them. Thanks for anyone's input, Bob
Guest guest
Dear Bob, Sorry for the delay in replying. I am sure you have figured it out by now that you can find my Kundalini yoga manuals on www.yogatech.com. All the methods that you mentioned lead to the same result, just go about achieving it in a different way. I am certified in Reiki I and II and I practice ChiGong. Both complement Kundalini yoga and vis versa. The information I will be sharing in my newsletter New Millennium Being and the Kundalini Yoga training will include general principles that tie it all together.
