Guest guest
Hello all, My name is Emily. I live in NYC. For a year and a half I practiced Hatha Yoga witha a wonderful teacher in New York. It was part of my college curriculum, and the group with whom I studied was the same people for the entire year and a half. It was a very positive experience in which I grew immensely. I felt very lucky to have been part of a group with essentially no yoga experience, and have the chance to grow and develop as a group. After I finished that part of my schooling, sadly, my yoga teacher had to give up her teaching space (due to high NYC rents). Although she continues teaching for the program I was enrolled in, I cannot take this program again, and she is no longer teaching to the public. For the last year and a half I have done little to no yoga. But I am trying to change that. I want to integrate this practice into my daily life, as that is when I feel best! Nice to meet you, Namasta -Emily
