I thought that once Kundalini energy is felt, life is transformed and one never goes back to the old ways. Is there a point where one hits a brick wall after achieving Kundalini .... where no more spiritual progress can be made? Maybe that is the reason some people lose focus and lose that "fire" that hunger in the heart. Many saints use the new awareness to reach higher levels... e.g Samadhi. Doing Nishkama Karma etc. A different question. I notice that I see a bright white light above my head when I meditate. I dont even imagine it.
