I just sent an email to the list about the book, RELAX AND RENEW, and while I was typing the first one it just automatically was sent to the list before I was able to finish writing it!!! (Onelists can have "technical difficulties" at times.) SO, please ignore my first post entitled "Relax and Renew," because it was sent to the list before it was finished! The "real" version is the second post on the list, under the same title "RELAX AND RENEW" (Sorry for the confusion!!!) By the way, where has everyone been lately???
