Guest guest
Hi Art, I would highly recommend the book 'Rajyoga' from Swami Vivekananda which you can get in your local library as a part of 'Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda'. As for yoga stories , also try 'Autobiography of a Yogi ' by Swami Yogananda. Thanks, Unmesh ----Original Message Follows---- lgregory (The Clan) Hello ... I am new to this list and have been teaching a free Yoga class at a Hindu temple. Although not specifically Hindu myself I to many of ideas in Yoga philosophy. We have an introductory period where we discuss Yoga stories, philosophy or practices before we do Asanas. Lately I have been interested in finding a text to recommend to class members or one that we can refer to as the class proceeds. Most of the class members are familiar with the concepts of Kundalini, Chakras, Nadis as we have discussed them in the past six months or so. What would you recommend?
