Guest guest
Dear Gina, I remember Yogi Bhajan saying in related cases that he advised alternating the TM mantra with Sat Nam. xxx Sat Nam xxx Sat Nam xxx I could give you some other information or ideas on this question, but I think the best thing is for you to experiment yourself and see what works or does not work for you. The most beneficial for you is for you to energetically find out yourself through your own practice. This would also be useful for the KYlist. If you would let us know what you found out, I for one would very much appreciate it. I would like to know if what I think is really true in practice.
