Hello,

I'm new to the list, and would like to thank whoever it was, I'm sorry I

didn't save the names, who responded to my question about TM and

Kundalina yoga. I have another question, for whoever can answer it.

Lately when I do my practice, I experiece distinct physical symptoms,

like the room is spinning (my eyes are closed) and sometimes nausea. I

am also experiencing the deepest meditations I've had in six years by

using Sat Nam as a mantra, instead of my TM mantra. What are these

physical reactions about and what can I expect to experience as I go

further into the KY practice?

Grateful for information,

Gina

These are usually indicative of being out of your body and cleansing. Use

your breath and feeling your sensations in your body to stay more present.

And let us know if that helps.

There is an infinite number of possibilities. But for sure it is all in the

direction of self discovery and awareness.

Sat Nam,

Rattana
