KY and Sexuality

I am wondering why people are always asking in class

> questions such as "Isn't kundalini the path of awakening through

I might put it another way. KY awakens the sexual energy in a more balanced

and profound way than most of us are used to exeriencing. It is at this

deeper level that tantric union becomes possible.

 

"Is the 3ho tradition of Kundalini more ascetical?" etc.

 

It is hard to generalize, but I would say that the 3H0 tradition says start

with the deeper personal experience of your own energy and then share it and

merge with another.
