Your clarity and commitment are inspiring. >I did feel more quiet by doing the "excercises "and realise that in the stillness is the power. Yes!! WE change and get more and more awake to what is really happening. A spiritual path is like going to the beach. The beach is the universe. When we are asleep we only exerience one grain of sand, and it usually irritates us. There are an infinite number of grains of sand, plus the water and the air and the sky. Wow, there is no limit to what we can enjoy. I guess it is true. Life is a beach!. > One thing I did read in that astrology book was that kundalini energy should > not be misinterpreted as a sexual urge ( because of being in the lower > chakras )it is rather a healing energy ? Zenbob elegantly covered the kundalini-sexual energy part. I find it so bizarre the traditional approach to the lower three chakras--that they are bad. They are our life force, our creativity, our identity and our foundation in the body. We are in the process of redirecting our spiritual concepts to include the whole package. We will be much happier I am sure. Sat Nam, RAttana
