All future lessons and Ezine issues will be similarly available. To obtain the lessons send a blank e-mail to the following address: kytXX where XX is the lesson number - Lesson 1 is numbered 01. Lesson 4 is being sent out today only to rs of the KY Training List, covering the important issue of spinal flexibility. To obtain back copies of New Millennium Being, send a blank e-mail to nmbXX as above, XX is the issue number - Issue 1 is numbered 01. There are 3 issues available. Issue 4 will be published later this month. Only available to Ezine and KY Training rs - otherwise for a free subscription send a blank e-mail to nmbeing- Sat Nam!
