Sorry for the delay in responding. Your explanation of the gradual awakening is clear and very well done. The answer to your question is "Yes, this is possible." In fact, the gradual awakening is goal of the practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Thank you so much for your explanation of how this process can happen both in the practice of KY and in the martial arts. BTW, Yogi Bhajan told us years ago to also pick a martial art and practice it. KY and martial arts practiced together are a dynamic awakening duo. In my experience, they both facilitate a deeper practice of the other.
